Review Rules

SDI has default rules to flag orders for review. Additional rules may be added per client. Once reviewed, the order may be resubmitted with the tag #ReviewPass in the internal notes field. Any order with this tag will bypass additional review validation.

General Validation

  1. Order is more than $500 

Fraud Validation

  1. Billing postal code vs shipping postal is not the same and is a first time order.
  2. Orders that ship to postal code 60623. This ship-to postal code has been used for fraud transactions in the past.
  3. Orders that ship to postal code 60651. This ship-to postal code has been used for fraud transactions in the past.
  4. The order was placed from a country other than the billing address country.

Address Validation

Addresses are validated for all US addresses and many international countries. If the address cannot be validated, the order will also require review. Use the tag #AddressValid in the internal notes field to bypass address validation.
